I had Haley @ Michelle's photo lab last night, getting introduced & buying buggies . They got along swimmingly, but before long, Haley walked off the counter & fell! This is not a big deal for hedgies, I have read in my hedgie book, as it was not a major drop, & Haley was 100% ok, but my leg wasn't: she hit it when rolled in a ball, & spiked me.
You should see it now: a large area of raised welts on puncture wounds!!! I put Burt's Bees hand salve on it & it seems to be feeling a bit better.
Haley's probably still laughing about it!! lol
