Hedgie pics

There has been a hedgie lurking around at work every night this week so tonight I brought my camera along. Unfortunately wild animals aren't very cooperative when it comes to taking pics . (and it was dark so sorry for the rotten quality)

The little dude hade wandered inside and was under an elevator eating some bread when I first found him. After about 20 minutes he managed to get out and tried to get away from me by balling up outside in some weeds . After that I descided to not disturb him any more and walked away, and when I came back a few minutes later he was gone...

I don't know how big the pet ones are, but he was about a foot when he was stretched out.

Yeah.. that sounds bigger than the pet ones...
He's a cutie though... the last picture is a good one!

Aww, how cool. I couldn't really make out the first couple (reminds me of trying to find a baby on an ultrasound pic LOL- I was never any good at that) But the last couple were awesome! He looks like a giant hedgie! That is so neat that you can see them just wandering around outside. Thank you for sharing those pics!

Urm, yeah they are a bit unclear. I did some editing to two of them... I'm using the last one (of his face) as desktop wallpaper since it turned out so good
