I went out to buy veggies fro my brood yesterday afternoon and when I got home---there was Rose standing at th pellet dish eating--I dropped the groceries and went over to look---she felt and looked good---what a pleasant surprise. I had bought a new lettuce to try (escarole) and doled out a snack to the babies--Rose ran, yes RAN!! to eat some. They all chowed down on this new stuff. I sat down on a chair and observed Rose for the next hour or so--she seemed to be back to her old self again!! This morning she came out to greet me and let me pet her, and, again, ran to eat breakfast. I am so glad to have her back as Rose. I am still going to keep her tuesday appointment. Am still dumb-founded by yesterday's events. Maybe she was just pooped? Maybe she had a bout of gas? Maybe it was her way to regenerate? Whatever the case, I'm happy she is better and no longer distressed...hoping she will be okay till tuesday (now at 2p.m.)
