i ahve not been taking in any rescues lately, too many cats, not enough time, my depression issues etc-but i agreed to take in three more guinea pigs.
hairy is a 7 year old peruvian.
and then two girls, jigsaw-jiggy-and cloudy. they are about 3, i think. they really need a new home and i just expanded the guinea pig area and ahve the room. here are the pics she sent me. they are kind of small, but still cute little buggers. oh, and she says hairy has an extra toe on each foot and jiggy looks just like my chico, the piggy born ehre with four toes on the back foot! (just realized i ahve still nto posted pics of them! oops, i will do it tomorrow.)

they used to live in hawaii. they were brought all the way to missouri just to be rehomed since the kids do nto want them any mroe. the poor things. i see that green and i wonder what exotic vegetation he was eating!they are cute.
a friend of mine just sent me an email criticizing me for getting the pigs when i already have so many pets. i know it seems odd to come, but i have a huge table with a c & c cage that will be perfect for them. i already buy food for and clean a pin pin cage, so it is not like i am adding another resposability. not like i got a freaking great dane or something! sheesh!
