#1 | | Guest | An intruction I just signed on today and would like to introduce myself and my 7 babies:
I am known about this small city as the GP Lady...I have taken in many unwanted GP and let them live their lives to the fullest and happiest that I could provide: my babies are:
Pen-1
Duncan, male, neutered, agouti, orange/black/grey: very active for an old boy of 4, quite the gentleman too.
Polly, female, abyssinian, white/silver/cream, 3yrs, the noise maker of the bunch..maybe a little hyper, was the sole survivor of the litter and a preemie.
Pen - 2
Zorro, male, neutered, long-haired peruvian silky, black/grey, almost 4 active and playful, loves cukes and taking food away from others.
Jujube, female, abyssinian, white (polly's mom), almost 4, quiet, demure, very feminine looking.
Flash, female, self, black with one white flash on back, xmas baby 2001, lowest ranking one, pretty, strong, muscular for a girl, full-voiced, you 'know' when she squeeks.
Pen - 3
Rose, short-haired peruvian, white, 3 yrs, has cataracts, my senoir girl, the sweetest disposition, gentle and loving.
Sarah, female, crested, white, almost 2, full of beans playful, was bought to keep rose company (lost her companion last winter).
That's my brood, feel free to ask about any of them or ? on GP...I am no expert, but have had a lot of experience over the years with them.

| Welcome! I've never owned a guinea pig but I've taken care of and handled them before. They're fun pets.

| Welcome! You don't live that far from me! I have one guinea pig named Chloe.. I don't know for sure how old she is but she's between 5-6 yrs old. I adopted her 4 years ago.
What kind of cages do you use for them?

#10 | | Guest | You're right suzoo...you are only about 1 1/2 hours away...I moved here from Ottawa 5 years ago...lived in Ottawa for 32 years...
My son still lives there with his dad...school & work keep him there but, I do see him quite often.
I only have one picture of a guinea pig on the computer...cute one too, from webshots--a pig in a tube...looks like my Jujube...couldn't figure out how to retreive it (DUH)..other than that, I really am backwards in electronic things...don't even have a camera!!!...my hubby recently bought one of those digital cameras...worse then learning the remote (that took 7mths LOL)...
Thanx for the warm response...Is it possible to get a history/family stuff...of course I mean the pets...
