weird smell

wondering, ever since i got kuki (about a year ago) almost every time i play with her, say after about 5-10 minutes or so or just after she really gets into running around and stuff, i always smell this really weird smell briefly. it kind of comes, and then i dunno if i just get used to it or if it fades but it kind of smells like chicken....lol i know that seems weird and i don't think she's having an accident anywhere i would have noticed and it wouldn't smell like chicken lol. anyone have any ideas/experience the same thing? it doesn't literally smell like chicken but that's the closest thing i can think of.

When chins are frightened, there is an odor that they emit. Most people say it smells like burnt almond. It is definitely a weird smell...

If she gets startled during playtime, she could be emitting that smell too.

that's probably what it is, i mean she doesn't do it ALL the time but sometimes she just goes insane and runs around the room having a ball lol (jumping off walls, etc.) and i can temporarily smell it. maybe it's because she gets too excited, but ya she might be startled too

p.s. she just turned 1

im building her a 4x4x2ft. (roughly, a little bigger) cage in celebration, shell be a happy lil' baby

Debbie is on a distinguished road
I call them chinnie farts, I would say a second is all they would need to get away from preditors.
I'd hesitate on eating anything that smelled like that.

One time one of my cats got too close to shadows cage and she stood on her back legs and sprayed urine as a form of defense ..I was told it is normal and also to release anal odor as well
