Ct breeders?

does anyone know any chinchilla breeders in CT? I would like to spend less than $100, no color preference

Also, don't hold your breath in finding a chin for under $100

Now, I have a pet quality standard/vc Female for $75 but she is currently still in NC and I am in Mass.
