Of course. All animals have a personality of their own, but some species/breeds tend toward certain personality traits.

If they are siblings, I find that they do not differ in whether they get along better or not. As for same, but not related, I found that the boys get along quicker, but seem to have more tiffs (dominance settlements) down the road then the girls.
