| Chinnie Deficiency What a void it leaves in your life when you lose a chin.
I am doing ok because I am extremely busy w/ radio this week & it looks as if this will continue, but bf is not handling it well (losing Cub).
We are trying to get another chin ASAP but will not ever get a pet store chin again, even if the chin is a rescue we would have to think about it.
It is so hard dealing w/ a chronically ill animal.
I think I am feeling a chinnie deficiency.

| Neuro!
I know what you are going through, to some extent. I hope that you are able to find a chinchilla in your price range sometime soon, and that this new one is able to enjoy the long happy life with you that Cub would have had if she had not been ill. |

| Aww Neuro. I will be here no matter what. Pm me, email me, even call me if your feeling really down and I'll be here. Im sorry you have to go throught this. I had to put animals down few times and I know how hard it is. We all understand on this board so we are here to listen. You will find that right chin for you. That chin is waiting for you to get him and spoil him rotten. That chin will be very lucky.

| Neuro I know exactly how you feel I felt the same way after I lost Tinsel and it's perfectly normal. Cub was such a huge part of your life and you loved her so much. I hope you find the right little chinnie (or two or three ) for you soon, but at the same time, allow yourselves to grieve for Cub. Don't brush it away. You'll feel a lot better in the long run.

| I totally agree with Sophie about everything. I too felt that deficiency after I lost sydney and it is very normal. you shared your life and love with cub.
eventually you will find another lucky chin to love, spoil and share your life with, but do allow yourself time to grieve. It took me weeks to just clean sydneys cage. I knew when both me and roo (sydneys mate) were ready for a new girl and I truely believe that Nala was sent by my guardian angel sydney and I am sure cub will too look out and find another special chinnie for you |

| I agree with what everyone has said. You will find the right chinny. Did Ilse contact you back about the BrV girl you inquired about? Regardless, the right one will come your way. But take some time to grieve for Cub. She will guide you. |

| Poor Cub I am sure that you will find another chin out there, even though it won't and could never replace Cub. I will keep you in my thoughts.
P.S. after you have had some grieving time, I have a sweet little girl here whom I know would love you
