He's doing really well! The last 4 inspections have been clear and the colour of his winky (that's the medical term) is back to normal.
I let him have a dustbath last night.. he needed one so bad!
I will likely return him for adoption in a week when I go back to work.

Update.. I still have Chili Bob.. Shortly after the above post the yeast came back.. so I'm still 'inspecting & cleaning him' everyday until we find out what the next step will be. Hopefully this won't be a chronic condition..
