Cat Toys!

Has anyone tried playing with their chin using cat toys? I'm gonna try tonight! Last night i noticed how similar she was to a baby kitten the way she played and chased things, so I got some cat strings with a bell on the end and stuff, I have a feeling she's gonna have a blast, anyoen know of some awsome toys that your chin just can't get enough of? i have spent so much $ on her lol and a lot of the toys are the same old chew on me type thing and i think shes getting bored of them, even though i alternate through them

My chins usually like to destroy their toys. They get chewable toys like Lava Bites, Bark Bites, etc.

hahaha. same! last night she had a blast with those cat toys though! They were just those things where she chases them basically, like a ball of yarn, but it's just a single string so you could probably find some string lying around at home. She loved it! I had bought two, but one of them was really thin and within 10 minutes she chewed threw it hahaha. It was so cute luckily the other one is thick and should last a really long time.

It's bad if they ingest it. It can cause intestinal blockages.

Yes, as Sophie said, string is notorious for causing blockages. I would take it away to be safe. (Sorry to be such a party pooper!)

aww will do, thank you so much for the heads up!

what about the other one though? it's a lot thicker, she can't chew through it, it's kind of like having a long towel or piece of cloth tied to a stick but not string-like at all.

it's KIND OF like this: http://www.petsmart.com/global/produ...N=2033745&Ne=2

i'll hold off lettin' her play with it 'till you guys post back.

i also have to take her for her physical this year! she's way past fully grown and i want to see if her heart murmur is gone! (and just a general check to make sure she's healthy, not overweight, etc. ) and to doublecheck she IS a female lol. i'm sure she is though, either that or a male diva

The last toy you posted should be ok to play with her.. let her chase it & such, as long as she doesn't chew the material.

I am paranoid...so I wouldn't let my chins play with that toy either. I would be worried about them ingesting fibers.
