Calcium ?

Cracker's teeth are looking awfully white. I know that happens sometimes after new kits are born. What can I give her to increase her calcium intake?

I am already giving her a half tums every day - she gobbles them up! Is there anything else I can give her?

I gave Hazel calf manna while she was lactating. I don't know how much calcium is in it compared to Tums though.

Have you tried the calcium sticks by Vitakraft? That's what I'm giving Tinsel right now to help with the bone healing process.

I think I'll go buy some Calcium sticks today ... Cracker is not crazy about cuttlebone ... but maybe I'll get one anyways and see what she does. Heck, maybe the babies will like it

This is just my opinion but I don't think the calcium sticks have all that much calcium in them. They are more of a treat than anything. I would suggest getting powdered dry milk and rolling a raisin in it.
