| Lisa, sounds good! I think you will find it to be a better solution in the long run (even though Cracker would much rather have the calcium sticks). |

| Lisa, I can't get any calfa mana around here so what I did was I bought chewable calcium pills by Jamieson. They are sugar free, no gass ditress, lactose free, and no shellfish (what ever that is). Chilly's teeth were white after she gave birth and then a week after I gave this to her they turned back to yellowish. I only gave her a tiny amount.

| Shellfish is any seafood with a shell ie. lobster, crab. etc. They must use the shell for its minerals. They probably grind it up and use it in the pills that contain shellfish.

| I give Taboo cuttlebone. She loves it. Well, more as a toy to throw around than a calcium supplement. She does however chew it and will go through one a month.
I like them because they are really cheap |

| Actually cuttlebone is sort of shellfish. It comes from a cuttlefish (I think) which is sort of like a squid. The cuttlebone is actually the exoskeleton of the animal. |

| Cuttlebone & Tums actually contain calcium carbonate, ie. chalk, which is a very poorly utilzed form of calcium. Alice Kline recommends calcium gluconate, but I am unaware of where to find this in a chinnie-ready form. *ATTENTION OXBOW!! MAKE THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!*
