All I want for Xmas is a dehumidifier & a gram scale...

I've put a dehumidifier and a gram scale on my list for Christmas (I know, I'm thinking way ahead here). Since the chinnie room was once the carport, it's a little damp down there at times, so I think the dehumidifier is important (we already have a space heater). I also think it's past time I get a gram scale since I have no idea how much any of my chinnies weigh.

I haven't started my research yet, so any advice about what brands are best, where to buy, etc?

Kristine

We bought ours at Canadian Tire a couple of years ago,I think it was around $150.00,and it is a Simplicity brand. It works great! We used a bunch of Canadian Tire money when we bought ours, and it cut down on the cost.

I bought my gram scale in Staple. It cost about $50 (included tax already).

Ooooh...I'm with you! A dehumidifier would be great! Especially in Vancouver area where the humidity can be really bad especially in the winter...darn rain

I got a digital postal scale (sunbeam brand) at Office depot for $29.99
The vets who deal with our small animals all use the same one, they say it is extremely accurate because it weighs in .01 gram increments

Yep I have the same scale, and absolutely love it. Got mine at Office Depot too, but it cost more like $40 out here.
