| LOL, my kittens... LOL... one of my kittens was on the couch today and I went to go pet him and his foot was soaked. I thought maybe he was just playing in his water dish, but then I saw my other kitten and he was completly soaked. I couldn't figure out how they got all wet until I went to go to the bathroom and got my rear all wet.. The one had fallen in the toilet!! LOL I guess they won't be playing in there anymore! |

| Too funny! That reminds me of what happened here a few weeks ago. I was sitting on the sofa watching telly when suddenly I hear a commotion in the bathroom and Isobel comes shooting out, looking like something's after her. So I look and there's Bruce coming out of the bathroom, walking funny. My heart in my throat, I ran over to see what was wrong. He was soaking wet. And then I remembered. I'd run myself a bath a couple of hours before that and had forgotten all about it. Bruce and Isobel have a habit of chasing each other into the tub and playing in there. So Bruce went flying into the tub, unaware that it was full of tepid water! Hahahaha! That's the second time he's gone for an unplanned swim!

| Cats do the strangest things.
Two nights ago, I was relaxing in the recliner and watching TV. I heard a commotion downstairs that sounded like something had been knocked over. The noise continued and I realized that it was probably something else. Just as I went to get up, Sydney comes screaming upstairs like a bat out of hell with a plastic bag hooked on her foot and Max in hot pursuit. Finally, she stopped under the couch and I was able to grab the bag. Well, they were freaked!! Their eyes were as big as saucers. I grabbed the tuna jerky in hopes that it would make Sydney feel better but she wouldn't even sniff it. So, I grabbed her out from under the couch and sat with her for awhile. She was literally shaking. I took her downstairs so she could hide in her bed. Max was the same, he didn't want the treats and couldn't stop shaking. His tail was still puffy for nearly an hour after the incident. Later that evening, I was putting away some clothes downstairs. All of a sudden, Sydney arched her back, pinned her ears and puffed up her fur. I didn't know what her problem was until I saw Max slowly poking his head in the door. They were scared of each other all night!! |

| OMG Candice, that is TOO funny! Hamish got the handle of a carrier (supermarket) bag wrapped round his middle a couple of times when he was younger and more svelte and had me running around after him madly trying to catch him to get it off! Of course, if you shake a plastic bag now he runs, terrified. But if you lay it down on the floor, he'll try to get in it...they never learn
