Kitty dandruff

Does anyone know of how to help control kitty dandruff?

Our Willow has med/long hair, and I'm noticing that she has alot of dandruff lately. It's so dry at our place with winter and indoor heating etc, that I totally understand why (I never noticed this with her last winter in Scotland or in the summer). We have a humidifier that we run all the time to keep the air as humid as possible (I also suffer from really bad dry skin in the winter) but this doesn't seem to help. I groom her alot, which really helps with the shedding, but again doesn't seem to do much for the dandruff. And there is no way in this world that she would let me bathe her. I value my life too much to put her through that for something like dandruff.

Does anyone have any suggestions? It doesn't seem to bother her at all (no excessive scratching or anything), but it's just really noticable. I don't mind leaving it if there's no easy solution, but it would be nice if there was something I could do to clear it up/reduce it. Thanks!
