Hmmmmm.....interesting

Well for those of you who follow my threads, I have recently posted about being concerned about Sadie's bad litterbox issues and how getting a second cat box seemed to have done the trick, and my other whiny one about how amongst other things my a/c had broken.

Because the a/c wasn't working, I had left a note for the Super asking to have it fixed. As I didn't want them to see the litterbox in the living room I moved it into the bedroom just in case. I was a little concerned about what I might find when I got home, but there were no surprise poos. BUT I just went to sit on the couch and watch some TV and there was a pee stain. And on the other side of the couch from the other ones. Hmmmm. Right now Sadie is looking around whining.....just a minute!!!

Sorry about that!! I just had to clean up a fresh poo. How nice - perhaps the only thing worse than picking up fresh sloppy poo is sucking the snot out of a dog's nose!!

I wasn't quite in time to put the catbox bak. Obviously they like it where it is. I guess the Super will have to work round it - if he ever show up. After all that, my a/c still isn't working. Bummer.

You can get these covers for litterboxes that look like an end table... maybe you can get one of those if the look concerns you.. Personally I wouldn't care what it looked like as long as the cats used it instead of my couch!

Where do you get those? I've never seen them - do you know of any websites I can go to?
It's not so much of caring what it looks like - you're right, better a cat box than my couch - I'm more concerned about the Supers putting up a fuss if they find out I have 4 cats, rather than the 3 cats (or two depending on which one you're talking to) and the rabbit that they think I have (actually it's a guinea pig). Bunch of old townies!!!

I just googled litter box covers. I saw some really nice ones that would suit the rest of my furniture but they are very expensive!!

Ikea has a plain box that would be good if I cut an entry hole in it - C$34.99. Hmmmmm..................
