Does your cat drool?

Sydney usually drools when she purrs. It's actually quite disgusting... Anyone else have a cat that drools? I'm assuming that she's just really happy?

Tim used to have a cat who did that! It was gross but pretty funny all in one He also had a cat who used to drool when she was kneeding her claws into stuff.

Sadie will do that sometimes. One of my cats, now gone, did it constantly when she was being petted.

Wiley drools when he kneeds, but his brother Wilson has never drooled. It is a sign of total contentment.. so much so that they can't shut their mouths to keep the spit in!

eww, yes, McCaille does it all the time when she's getting lovin'. Any time you pet her she almost instantly starts drooling. It's kind of gross but I've gotten used to it now, she's done it for as long as I can remember, and she just turned 12 last month.

It is definitely kind of gross. Sydney shakes her head a bit when she drools because I think the drops of drool are bothering her. Only problem is that she usually shakes her head while sitting on you and then you're covering in warm drool.
