2 litters per year
2.8 surviving kittens per litter
10 years of breeding life
= 80,399,780 cats

somebody actuallly said to me, after i told them shame on you for breeding your dog

"we can afford another few litters, besides they sell for lots of money"



i went off, posted links, information, the numbers of pure breds that are put to sleep EVERY DAY in the united states by city pounds...sheesh...

the only time i'll raise a litter of puppies or kittens is if i adopt a cat or dog that is already pregnant
