Cat Spas

I saw the topic of cat spas came up in Pepurr's thread. Clearjade wanrted to know what they were. Well, a cat spa is a self-grooming device for cats: it is plastic & either free standing or wall mounted, & they rub up against it when they feel like it.
Hank has one that cost $15 called the "Kitty Korner Komber". She loves it & rubs on it a lot. It picks up a lot of loose hair & keeps her amused, so I am really happy with it.

That sounds pretty neat! Saves a cat owner some time in grooming, I would think. Does it matter whether the cat is long-haired or short-haired in their preference for the cat spa?

I think any cat can use a cat spa. There is no water involved BTW, lol!!!

I don't think cats like water very much right? I think either you posted or someone else posted that water weighs their fur down and freaks them out 'cos they can't be as agile.
