Do NOT give cranberry juice unless the urine was too basic (ie. not acidic). Check the results of the urinalysis for pH. Giving cranberry juice when the urine is already acidic enough (or too acidic) can cause struvite crystals and lead to stones. The only thing I would suggest is giving a probiotic (acidophilus capsules) at least 3 hours before the antibiotic dose to help curb some of the digestive upset. Add a few extra water bowls around the house and yard to prevent further infections. Good luck.
