Powdered sea kelp as a supplement

I have been reading about the amazing benefits of adding sea kelp to a pet's diet so I decided to buy some for Logan. Here are some of the benefits of adding sea kelp to a pet's diet:

Adding seaweed in the form of Kelp meal to your pet's diet to promote optimum health. Kelp contains over 60 minerals and elements, 21 amino acids, simple and complex carbohydrates and several essential plant growth hormones. Being rich in amino acids, vitamins, minerals and trace elements is one of the key reasons why kelp is known as a great promoter of glandular health, especially for the pituitary, adrenal and thyroid glands. Kelp also supplies a natural source of iodine, which acts as an antibiotic to kill germs. Since the thyroid and pituitary glands regulate certain functions of digestion, kelp is beneficial in balancing out humans and animal's total system

Lizz, I got it from this place: http://www.7springsfarm.com/catalog.html#AnimalS Thorvin kelp supplement for animals. The kelp for animals is lower in iodine. This kelp is outstanding because it comes from Icelandic waters and retains nutrients.
