Dognapping may sound bizarre, but it's also happened in other states, including Texas, Arizona and Ohio. Some stolen dogs have even been used as bait to train fighting dogs.
Heartbroken Williamsburg, Brooklyn, resident Stacey Grant seems to be the latest victim.
She took her eyes off her Boston terrier, Molly, for 90 seconds and the dog vanished outside a laundermat Friday.......
