We the undersigned are opposed to Ontario’s proposed ban on the “pitbull†breed. We cannot support any government, which enacts breed specific legislation. It is important that all levels of government in Ontario enforce existing dog laws, which are in place to provide protection for both people and dogs. We request that more strict laws be considered for poor ownership of animals in general rather than laws that focus on specific breeds.
