how could someone let this happen to a puppy...

i was just surfin animal shelter sites in missouri, when i found this lil pup that was up for adoption. it had a link next to it that had pictures when they first rescued the lil guy, and they are just heart breakin . luckly someone has adopted him, but i had to just show the before and after pics.

I was going to ask the same thing??? was he abused or what??

I wonder what his fur looks like now,,,,,kinda makes me wonder why they covered it up

either way,,I am glad hes been adopted and hope hes all better

i think it was mange, but it didnt say. the lil info about him said they fond him on the streets in east st. louis, i think. anyways some where in st. louis. i was wonderin if he had been abused too, but i guess we'll never find out. im just happy that he is better, and has a new loving home.
