I have heard horror stories about Greenies, and I refuse to give them to my dogs!
Joey and Pippin only get soft treats, because Pippin is a gulper

Scary! My dog was never allowed to have hard treats because she choked on rawhide when she was a puppy.

I continue to give my dogs Greenies -- they love them, and I have noticed an improvement with their breath. Just like all of my dogs toys and treats, including rawhide, stuffed toys, and chew toys, I only give them to my dogs when I am there to monitor them.
