Luxating Patella or Slipping Kneecaps

I have a Flatcoated Retriever called Elsa. At 4 months old we noticed a problem and she had luxating patella. She has had 5 major surgeries and one leg will never been very strong. However, we have survived countless infections, her pain, her marvellous ability to bounce back, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy - you name it we've been there.

If I can help anyone with advice, support, feel free.
