Yeah, I was pretty mad at the neighbor... still am, as she doesn't care for him at all, and he spends his days hanging around the street... peeing and pooing on our plants... trying to get the birds... ect. She even has one of those big dispencers full of food that she leaves in the porch and that's what he eats... She had some others that died/dissapeared. I'm surprised this one is still around.
