New Family Addition

Well Tim and I have been considering it for almost a year now, to add an African Grey to our family. Back this summer we made a trade for a larger cage that could properly house a grey. Well today we decided it was time to make that addition. We haven't decided on a name yet, but here is our new little man.









Name suggestions very welcome, officially he's Tim's christmas present, but since we both have to "put up with him" for the next 60-ish years we want something we will be ok with down the road :P Tim wants something "Strong and Manly"

Well as of right now we're up in the air between

Captain Kirk

I'm thinking this may take a couple days.

Sue, yes we still have Zach and Zora They'll be here till the end of their days. Zach and I have a very good relationship now. I can hold him and pet him now. Still not comfortable with close contact beyond that yet, but I'm working on beingbetter about that. I don't press it as its taken this long to get this far with him. Of course he's always loved Tim :P I think that's the major fall back with him and I. Zora on the other hand grooms my hair constantly when she's around me, cuddles in my shirt and just shows affection for me.

I think we're going to go away from the "Z" though for his name...we'll see.
