Gavin - Lots o' Pics

So Gavin has been with us for just over 3 weeks now. He's fit himself right in with the family. He's just a chatter box. As I'm typing this he's whistling and talking away. His favorite thing to say is "What?" He says it when any of the other animals are looking at him. It's hilarious. He also mimics both Tim and I on it, he's got both a deep gruff "What" and a softer high pitched "What". His newest phrase is "Whaddya Doin?" He learned to say Stupid the other day, as when the dog gets goofy we call her "Stupid Dog" and he picked that up...He's just got quite the bunch of things he's picked up in the short time he's been here.

We're just so happy to have finally added him to the family!!

Here is Gavin in his cage while we were getting it set up (We've got a stacked cage, he's in the bottom half, the conures are in the top...he has is own playstand that he's on all day when he's out)

Haha, sorry don't mind the stove, it's not really broken, the cats like to run from one end of the house into the kitchen and slide into the stove and make the bottom fall off. as well as slide into their water and food dishes or anything else that may spill or make a loud noise. :P

Brandy, he will be 9 months on the 11th. I couldn't be happier with him, he just amazes me every day. He's picky though, he won't eat anything we try to give him from our hand or on a plate unless we're eating it first. I made myself and the birds eggs the other morning and he wouldn't touch his, Tim brought him over to me and he nosedived off of Tim's arm into my plate and started scarfing. Spoiled rotten already..haha.
