| Where have you travelled to? Sophie is off to Fiji and we are in the midst of planning a trip to the Dominican Republic for our wedding. The trip to the DR is my first trip outside of Canada and the US. So, not quite the world traveller. Though, we have started to talk about our next trip and I think we've decided on Bali.
So where has everyone else travelled to? |

| I am somewhat well travelled, in that my step-father was a sales rep. for IBM compatibles. I have been to most of the U.S., Bahamas, England (about 6x), Scotland (3 or 4x), Holland (2x), pretty much clear across Canada (except Newfoundland, although I would love to go there), ok, I think there are a couple of other places, but for the life of me, can't seem to remember off hand. My dad lived in Japan for quite some time (due to this job), so I was raised with alot of their ethics/culture, he still speaks Japanese fluently, as does my son, but I can only remember a little of it

| I've been up and down the West Coast from central California to Alaska. The farthest east I've been is Utah...so I'm not real well travelled.
I am planning a trip to Australia in the neext few years and may possibly visit a friend in Europe within the next year. Not sure which country she'll be in if/when I visit. She leaves on the 29th of this month to be a nanny for a family that lives in Austria and Germany and will be moving to Italy soon. |

| Dominican Republic is REALLY close to PR. 8)
I haven't travelled a lot... when I was a little kid (4-5 years old) I went to Domican Republic, Orlando Fl. and Venezuela... when I was around 12, I went on a cruise through the caribbean, visiting 5 islands: St. Thomas, St. Marteen, Dominica, Martinica and Barbados. When I was 17 I went to Washington DC and Virginia with some of my class (Close-Up program) and then on January I went to Florida (Orlando)... that's all my travels!

| I have never been out of the country, but I have been to 30 of our 50 states, mostly by car, though some by train, plane, and even hitching. |

| I have been all over the US- I think almost all of the states except maybe Maine and Delaware.
Bahamas x2, Jamaica, Italy x3, France, Switzerland, Australia, Tahiti, Fiji, Ireland, Scotland, Greece, Venezuela, Cayman Islands,Mexico x4, South Africa x2.....I think that is all of them, but I tend to forget one or two areas when I try to remember them.

| wow you guys are pretty well traveled.
I have seen most of the continental US when I did cross country trip after college graduation with friends. I have been to a few of the east coast provinces in Canada, Jamaica, England, Germany, Austria, France and Switzerland. Darren is actually in Quebec right now
We won't be traveling too much in the near future with Jillian but one day we would love to go on an african safari! We are leaving the traveling to my parents right now and they tell us the best places to go in the future |
